Narrative:  A Firefighter from HFD District 68 was injured at an apartment fire early this morning. The Senior Captain from Ladder 51 was performing a primary search of the burning apartment when the balcany gave way, causing him and another crew member to fall to the ground, one story below. He was transported to Memorial Herman hospital with a broken leg and ankle.

No other injuries were reported.
